Natalie Walker

Principal Dentist
BDS (Birmingham University)

Natalie graduated from Birmingham University in 2005 and went on to work in dental practices in London and Wolverhampton before joining Dawley in 2007.

Natalie particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry and helping patients achieve their dream smiles. Natalie also offers facial rejuvenation treatments and started her Anti-Wrinkle Injection training in 2010 at the Bob Khanna Training institute, Reading. She completed further courses in Anti-Wrinkle Injections and facial fillers with Midlands Smile Aesthetics Centres 2012/13 and has continued gaining qualifications throughout the years.

Natalie bought the practice in 2015.
Natalie now offers multiple facial aesthetic treatments including profhilo – this is a ‘beneath the skin’ hyaluronic acid moisturising treatment.

Peter first completed his degree in Biology at the University of St Andrews before moving to London to undertake his dental training at King’s College London. He has worked in London and the surrounding areas before moving back to Shropshire with his wife to be closer to family and friends.

Peter enjoys providing all aspects of general dentistry for families, individuals and even for very nervous patients! He likes aesthetic and restorative work such as tooth whitening, composite fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures and root canal treatments. He is also experienced with extractions.

Outside of dentistry Peter is a keen single-figure handicap golfer. He also enjoys travelling with family and spending time with friends.

Cosmetic and General Dentist Anna qualified in 2016 from the University of Leeds with a Distinction, and since then has done further training at Bristol Dental Hospital.
She has undertaken numerous courses and three post graduate diplomas to be able to provide the best possible dental care.

Anna has recently completed her diploma in Minimally Invasive Aesthetic Dentistry and is currently mid way through her Orthodontic diploma. Anna is also our highly skilled Cosmetic dentist and routinely provides Invisalign Comprehensive and Go treatment alongside whitening, veneers and composite bonding.

Anna is also trained in and provides dermal fillers and Anti-wrinkle injections. Anna takes pride and a great deal of care with each patient, often incorporating a multitude of skills and treatments to create some beautiful smile makeovers. Anna is most passionate about helping patients of all ages improve their smile and gain their confidence again.

Aside from work, Anna enjoys spending time with her Husband and Son, travelling and keeping active.

Billy (Baldeep) graduated from the The University of Manchester and began working at the practice in July 2020. Since joining the team, Billy has become known for her friendly and approachable manner, helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey.

Billy has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, including tooth whitening, Invisalign® and facial aesthetic treatments. She enjoys working closely with patients to help them achieve their dream smiles and loves seeing the confidence a smile transformation can bring. Billy is especially passionate about supporting nervous patients, taking the time to ensure they feel relaxed and reassured during their visits.

Outside of work, Billy enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying new restaurants and making the most of weekends away and social events.


Ed Lane

Ed qualified from the University of Central Lancashire in 2021 and began working at Dawley Dental Practice in September of the same year. Since joining the practice, Ed has become a valued member of the team, known for his friendly approach and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Ed has completed further training in Invisalign® and now offers clear aligner treatment to patients looking to improve their smile with a discreet orthodontic option. He enjoys helping patients feel confident throughout their treatment journey and takes pride in achieving natural-looking results.

Outside of work, Ed is a keen football fan and enjoys both playing and watching the game, proudly supporting Aston Villa F.C.. He is also a big gym and fitness enthusiast and enjoys staying active in his spare time.


Arminder Sohal

After qualifying from the University of Bristol in 2009, Arminder began his dental career as a Maxillofacial SHO at Treliske Hospital in Cornwall. During his time there, he gained invaluable experience across all areas of maxillofacial surgery.

He is now an experienced practising dentist with a strong passion for dental implant surgery. Having achieved a distinction in his master’s degree in Implant Dentistry, Arminder has helped countless patients restore their smiles, function, and confidence.

Arminder is known for his skill, compassion, and dedication to personalised care. He takes great pride in tailoring treatment plans to each individual, integrating a wide range of advanced techniques to deliver the highest standard of clinical outcomes and support patients in achieving optimal oral health and well-being.

Outside of dentistry, Arminder is a devoted family man who loves spending quality time with his loved ones. When he’s not in the clinic, he enjoys swimming and hiking.


Simran Khanegura

Simran graduated from King’s College London in 2022 and has been a valued member of the Dawley team since September of the same year. Since joining the practice, Simran has built a reputation for her calm, friendly approach and dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.

She enjoys providing all aspects of general dentistry and has a particular interest in cosmetic and restorative treatments, with a strong focus on helping patients improve their smiles and confidence. Simran is passionate about creating natural, aesthetic results while ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Committed to continual professional development, Simran has undertaken additional training in facial aesthetics and is able to offer anti-wrinkle treatments. She is also commencing a diploma to further advance her skills and knowledge in cosmetic dentistry.

Alongside his diploma in minimally invasive dentistry, he also provides Invisalign to facilitate unique smile makeovers whether it be composite bonding or minimal prep veneers for his patients, tailoring each smile makeover to your needs!

Dr Cameron enjoys working with more anxious patients and helping them overcome their previous barriers to dental care allowing them to receive the treatment they deserve!

Outside of Dentistry, Dr Cameron enjoys playing football and used to play in the academy system before pursuing dentistry! He also enjoys going down to London to watch his team Arsenal!


Amrit Gakhal

Amrit graduated from King’s College London in 2025 and joined Dawley Dental Practice in September 2025. During her training she developed a strong foundation in all areas of general dentistry and has brought her enthusiasm, warmth and patient-centred approach to the team.

Amrit particularly enjoys oral surgery and helping patients feel more confident about their smiles. She takes great pride in putting a smile on her patients’ faces and finds it very rewarding to support those who are in pain or feeling anxious about treatment. Amrit is passionate about creating a calm and friendly environment where patients feel listened to, understood, and comfortable throughout their dental journey.

She enjoys taking the time to talk to patients, understanding their concerns, and working with them to achieve healthier, more confident smiles. Her gentle manner and approachable nature make her especially good at helping patients who may feel nervous about visiting the dentist.

Outside of dentistry, Amrit loves keeping active by going to the gym. She also has a passion for travelling around the world and enjoys exploring new places. In her spare time, she can often be found trying out new places to eat and discovering different cuisines.

Jenny qualified as a Dental Hygienist at Birmingham Dental Hospital in 1984 and also holds diplomas in Dental Health Education and Dental Radiography. She joined the practice in 1994 and has been a much-loved member of the team ever since, bringing decades of experience and a caring, compassionate approach to patient care.

Jenny is dedicated to all aspects of dental hygiene, with a particular passion for supporting nervous patients and helping them feel relaxed and comfortable during their appointments. Her gentle and reassuring manner has helped many patients build confidence in visiting the dentist over the years.

Alongside dentistry, Jenny is also a qualified yoga teacher and holistic therapist, running her own small business from home. She enjoys promoting wellbeing and helping others feel their best both physically and mentally.

Outside of work, Jenny is married with three grown-up children and a rescue greyhound named Ghost. She is also the proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and loves spending time with her family and watching them learn and grow.


Emily Lyons

Emily qualified from the University of Sheffield in 2015 and began working at Dawley shortly afterwards. She enjoys working closely alongside patients to bring out the best in their smiles and is passionate about making visits to the dentist a more positive and comfortable experience. Emily is known for her friendly, approachable manner and takes pride in helping patients feel relaxed and confident throughout their treatment journey.

Outside of dentistry, Emily is a keen horse rider with a particular interest in show jumping and spends much of her spare time with her two horses, Lockie and Cherry. She is also a proud dog owner to Primrose and Lola. Alongside her love for animals, Emily is known within the practice as the resident gin enthusiast and enjoys socialising with friends and family in her free time.


Gemma Gough

Gemma qualified as a dental hygienist and therapist from Birmingham University in 2008. With extensive experience in both hygiene and restorative treatments, she provides comprehensive care, including the treatment of gingivitis and periodontal disease, aesthetic stain removal, fillings, teeth whitening and more.

For 13 years, Gemma worked in private practices across Birmingham, building a reputation for her meticulous approach and dedication to patient care. In 2021, she relocated to Shropshire with her family and is now enjoying everything the area has to offer.

Passionate about her profession, Gemma is committed to delivering the highest standard of care and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She takes pride in making dental visits a comfortable and positive experience for all.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking, gardening and tackling small renovation projects.


Huma Javeriya

Dental hygienist and therapist

Huma qualified as a dentist in India before moving to the UK to further her education, gaining an MSc in Advanced General Dentistry from University of Birmingham. She is passionate about supporting patients in achieving and maintaining excellent oral health and takes pride in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.

Huma enjoys building strong relationships with her patients and is dedicated to helping them feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their appointments. She finds it especially rewarding to see the confidence and happiness that a healthy smile can bring, and always aims to create a calm and positive experience for everyone she treats.

Outside of the clinic, Huma enjoys taking walks in the park, trying out new recipes in the kitchen and spending quality time with her cat.

Freya joined the practice in July 2017 and qualified as a dental nurse in 2019. Since then, she has become part of the management team, supporting the day-to-day running of the practice and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes for both patients and the team.

Alongside her management role, Freya is heavily involved in the practice’s social media and marketing, enjoying the creative side of showcasing smile transformations, patient journeys and life within the practice. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, friendly experience for every patient who visits.

Freya is also a qualified dental radiographer.

Outside of work, Freya is a keen golfer and loves travelling and exploring new places with her partner.


Beth Hackman

Beth joined Dawley Dental Practice in June 2020 after beginning her dental nursing training in 2019 elsewhere. She is also a qualified dental radiographer, meaning she can take x-rays for patients.

More recently, Beth has stepped into a new roll within our management team and is enjoying dealing with the day-to-day running of the practice and being part of the team behind the scenes to help everything run smoothly.

Outside of work, Beth loves spending time with her partner after recently buying and renovating their first home together. She loves reading, napping and spending time with her family and her two dogs – Luna and Darren.

Ellie joined Dawley in May 2021 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in November 2023. Since then, she has progressed to be a part of The Management team alongside Beth and Freya. Ellie continues to support both the clinical and reception teams and is also the practice’s Denplan Lead.

As she continues to build on her knowledge and skills, Ellie is excited to keep progressing within Dawley Dental Practice and make the most of every opportunity.

Ellie lists “making a patient’s day” and helping patients feel comfortable during treatment as the most rewarding part of her role.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys dog walks, days out and holidays with her partner Isaac, and attending Pilates classes with her friend and colleague Caitlin.


Jane Hodgetts

Receptionist

Jane joined Dawley Dental Practice in March 2022 as a dental receptionist and has quickly become a friendly and familiar face within the practice. She loves welcoming patients to the practice and helping to ensure everyone feels comfortable, relaxed and well looked after from the moment they arrive. Her warm and approachable nature helps create a positive experience for patients visiting the practice.

Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a proud dog mum to her rescued French Bulldog, Patch, who keeps her very busy.


Bethany Joynes

Receptionist

Bethany joined Dawley Dental Practice in May 2025 as a trainee dental nurse before recently transitioning onto reception, where she now works full time as part of the front of house team. She enjoys welcoming patients to the practice and helping to create a friendly and positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Having experience within both nursing and reception, Bethany has developed a good understanding of patient care and enjoys supporting both patients and colleagues in the day-to-day running of the practice. Her approachable and caring nature makes her a valued member of the team.

Outside of work, Bethany has a passion for singing and regularly performs at gigs and weddings across Shropshire. She is also currently training to run the London Marathon next year. Alongside this, Bethany enjoys baking and loves spending time trying out new recipes for friends and family.


Stacie Walker

Stacie joined the practice in March 2026 and has fitted in really well with the team since starting. She is really enjoying meeting all of our lovely patients and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the practice.

Gerry Carroll

Gerry is a highly experienced dental nurse with over 30 years in the profession, alongside 22 years of prior service in the armed forces. She joined the practice in October 2018 and brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and experience to the team.

Gerry holds qualifications in Radiography, Oral Health Education, Nutrition and Health, Impression Taking and the AMSPAR Diploma. She works closely alongside Anna, who has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, and enjoys supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.

Patient care and wellbeing are always at the heart of Gerry’s approach. Her dedication to maintaining high standards within dentistry has also led to her chairing General Dental Council fitness to practise hearings. Known for her calm and supportive nature, Gerry is passionate about ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed and well cared for at every visit.

Sophie also regularly helps out on reception, where she enjoys greeting patients, booking appointments and helping to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere within the practice. Her caring and approachable nature makes her popular with both patients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys socialising with friends and family and spending time outdoors going on walks with her dog, Moon.


Caitlin Morgan

Dental Nurse & Infection Control Lead

Caitlin joined the practice in June 2021 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in November 2023. Since qualifying, she has become a valued member of the team and enjoys supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.

She is particularly passionate about helping nervous patients feel calm and comfortable during their appointments and enjoys assisting with cosmetic treatments. Caitlin currently works closely alongside Dr Peter Riley and hygienist Gemma, helping to provide high-quality patient care across a range of treatments. She is also the practice’s Infection Control Lead, helping to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the practice.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys long walks and loves trying out new restaurants. She also enjoys attending Pilates classes with her friend and colleague Ellie. When relaxing at home, Caitlin loves spending time cuddling her cat, Percy.

Holly joined Dawley Dental Practice in March 2022 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in December 2023. She now works in Surgery 8 alongside Simran, supporting patients through a wide range of treatments and helping to create a calm and positive experience within the surgery. She also works with our Implant dentist Arminder.

Holly particularly enjoys being involved in smile makeovers and loves seeing the confidence patients gain through improving their smiles. She is passionate about patient care and always aims to help patients feel comfortable and reassured throughout their visits.

Alongside her nursing role, Holly is one of the practice first aiders and is also the team’s Mental Health First Aider, offering support and promoting wellbeing within the practice.

Originally from Leicestershire, Holly relocated to Telford due to her military family background. Outside of work, she enjoys quiet nights in, trips to the cinema and spending time outdoors with her family. She is also partial to a bottomless brunch with friends.


Ella Dean-Netscher

Ella joined Dawley Dental Practice in July 2022 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in December 2023. She mainly works alongside Ed in Surgery 4, where she enjoys supporting patients throughout their appointments and helping nervous patients feel calm and reassured during treatment.

Ella particularly enjoys being involved in a variety of treatments and her friendly and approachable nature makes her a valued member of the team.

Outside of work, Ella enjoys spending time with her friends and family and making the most of her free time socialising and relaxing.


Kacey Thomas

Kacey joined Dawley Dental Practice in February 2024 as a trainee dental nurse and has since qualified as a dental nurse. Since joining the practice, she has really enjoyed learning all aspects of dental nursing and reception, developing a wide range of skills and experience across the practice.

Kacey currently works alongside our foundation dentist, supporting patients throughout their appointments and helping to create a calm and positive experience within the surgery. She enjoys working as part of the team and is passionate about continuing to learn and grow within her role.

Outside of work, Kacey enjoys socialising with her boyfriend and friends, including going out to the pub and making the most of weekends together.


Lola Carlon

Lola joined Dawley Dental Practice in June 2024 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified earlier this year. Since joining the practice, she has enjoyed learning all aspects of dental nursing and developing her confidence within both clinical and reception roles.

Lola mainly works alongside Natalie and Billy, supporting patients throughout their appointments and helping the surgeries run smoothly day to day. She also enjoys working on reception, where her friendly and approachable nature helps patients feel welcome and comfortable when visiting the practice.

Outside of work, Lola enjoys crocheting and spending time relaxing with her favourite shows and films, including *KPop Demon Hunters*.


Sam Sturdy

Sam is a qualified dental nurse who originally worked at Dawley before returning to the practice in 2026. Since coming back, Sam has settled straight back into the team and enjoys being part of the friendly and supportive environment within the practice.

Sam mainly works alongside Peter, supporting patients throughout their appointments and helping surgeries run smoothly day to day. She is passionate about patient care and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their visits. Her calm and caring nature makes her a valued member of the team.

Outside of work, Sam loves spending quality time with her husband and children, as well as with her cats and dog, who keep family life busy and entertaining.


Amber Bird

Trainee Dental Nurse

Amber is one of our trainee dental nurses and is currently gaining experience across all surgeries whilst completing her training. She enjoys learning all aspects of dental nursing and working alongside different members of the team, helping to support patients throughout their appointments and ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for.

Amber is passionate about developing her skills and knowledge within dentistry and enjoys the variety that comes with working throughout the practice each day.

Outside of work, Amber loves exploring new places and enjoys keeping active by going to the gym.


Alex Jones

Alex joined Dawley Dental Practice in June 2025 as a dental receptionist and quickly became a friendly face at the front desk, enjoying greeting patients and helping everyone feel welcome at the practice.

Since joining the team, Alex has now transitioned into the role of trainee dental nurse and is really enjoying learning all aspects of dental nursing. He enjoys developing new skills, supporting patients throughout their appointments and working closely alongside the clinical team.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys socialising with friends on nights out and loves getting outdoors and going on hikes.

Richard sadly passed away on 13th February 2023 after a very short battle with cancer.  He leaves behind 2 children Ella and Edward.


Our Qualified Dental Nurses have many years of experience and professional education and are all registered with the General Dental Council.

All of us have to complete considerable amounts of annual ongoing continuing professional development courses to maintain our registration. We are up to date and use our knowledge in our daily professional practice.
