How do I refer my patient?
To refer a patient to Dawley Dental Practice, simply fill out our online referral forms. This will then be sent over to our email referrals@dawleydental.co.uk Once we have received the referral form we will review and book the patient in for an appointment with ourselves. We will be sure to keep you updated with progress throughout.

Current patients, send us any queries or questions about appointments, or if you are not registered with us and have a dental emergency, we can see you the same day as a private patient; for a fixed fee will get you out of trouble.
