COVID-19 Update
We just wanted to reassure you that we are still open for appointments. Since re-opening back in June, we have made it our top priority to maintain the highest standard of COVID precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
We will of course keep you informed of any changes, and wish that you all stay safe in this unsettling time.
Before your appointment, a member of our reception team will be contacting you to answer the following questions:
-Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days?
-Are you awaiting a COVID-19 test or test results?
-Do you live with someone who has either tested positive for COVID-19?
-Do you or anybody in your household have any of the following symptoms?
• Fever or chills
• A new cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
-Have you been notified by NHS Test and Trace in the last 14 days that you have been in contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID?
– Have you travelled abroad in the last 14 days?
You will need to stay in your vehicle and call the practice on 01952 505120 before entering the building.
The waiting room will only be available a few minutes before your appointment time, the receptionist will let you know when to enter the building and where to wait.
You must not bring any unnecessary baggage. All baggage must be left in your vehicle or at home.
We are trying to keep everyone safe by reducing footfall in reception so this would help if you could call us before your appointment to make payment over the phone. If not, you can pay at reception.
Unless you are exempt, face masks must be worn in all common areas of the practice.
