NHS Treatment is free for the following categories of patients.


We can accept you as an NHS patient if you are in receipt of;


• Income Support

• Working Families Tax Credit and have a certificate entitling you to free Dental treatment

•Pension Credit guarantee credit

• Income Based Jobseekers Allowance


or


• If you are under 18

• Under 19 in full time education.



If you are on a low income, but do not qualify on the above grounds, then ask our Receptionists for a form to apply for help with the charges from the DSS.
